 RESERVATIONS |

All reservations enquiries will be replied within 24 hours with the exception of certain complication which we will then advise accordingly.

| HOTEL / EXCHANGE VOUCHER |
|
It is advisable that Vanda Travel & Trade Ltd., Part is indicated in your hotel accommodation/Exchange Voucher to ensure that the hotel honor special rates under VANDA Travel account. Failure to do so may cause the hotel to bill client directly on “rack rate” while cancellation charge will also be imposed by us for booking reserved. In case of missing voucher or last minute booking without voucher carried by client, please fax us a copy of original voucher for our references.

| LIABILITY |
|
All reservations made by us are in good faith, in case client cannot exercise full or partial use of confirmed reservation under circumstances that is beyond our control, we shall only be responsible for the full or partial refund of the total amount refunded. For those with establish credit facilities, total outstanding payment should reach Vanda Travel 15 (Fifteen) days from departure. In the event of payment default, Vanda Travel & Trade Ltd.,Part reserved the right to charge 2% interest monthly or withdraw credit and cancel all services extended without further notice.

| CANCELLATION / NO SHOW CHARGES |
|
- GIT: All cancellation received within 14 (fourteen) days prior to arrival will be charged equal to the value of the entire booking.
- FIT: Cancellation made within 02 (two) working days or cut off date advised upon confirmation and no show is subject to 01 (one) full night charge.

| PAYMENT of ACCOUNT |
|
Payment where reservations/arrangements are booked with the respective office can be made either by Bank Draft or Telegraphic Transfer (please see COMPANY PROFILE for Bank Details)
Payment by Telegraphic Transfer transaction, Bank charges are to be borne by the sender.
- FIT: Full prepayment is respect of total length of stay is required at least 14 (fourteen) days prior to Guest’s arrival as an alternative. A floating deposit or Banker’s Guarantee is required in order to establish credit facilities.
- GIT: Upon confirmation of reservation, relevant deposit as agreed is required to secure reservation. Final payment is required at least 14 (fourteen) days prior to group arrival.
Vanda Travel & Trade Ltd.,Part reserves the right to release all reservations/arrangements not guaranteed by deposit, unless separate written credit or arrangements have been agreed by both contracting |
