|
All rates quoted in US Dollar and exclusive of Government Tax & Service Charges. The rates are subject to change without prior notice due to the fluctuation of foreign exchange.

| CANCELLATION |
|
Any cancellation must be in writing or in person to Vanda Travel & Trade Ltd.,Part not more than 30 (thirty) days before departure. An administrative fee of USD. 20.00 per person will be levied If the cancellation received by the company is less than 30 (thirty) days prior to departure. The following cancellation charges will apply:

| TOUR PRICES |
|
Vanda Travel & TradeLtd.,Part will inform soon if the tour price is changed. Tour price exclude cost of passport, visas (where required), gratuities to your tour manager and coach driver, airport taxes (where applicable), laundry, telephone calls, food & beverages, unless specified in the itinerary. Any other items of personal nature and or item specified in the itinerary as “optional”.

| REFUND and UN-UTILIZED SERVICES |
|
No refund or exchange will be made for any service, transportations, accommodation, meals, or sightseeing tours included in the tour fares but not utilized.

| EXCLUSION/LIMITATION of LIABILITY |
|
Vanda Travel & trade Ltd.,Part shall not be liable for any cost, expenses, or damages whatsoever incurred or suffered by the customer that arises from any of the following events:
- National or local emergency, acts or omissions of any government or governmental authority or agency insurrection, civil disorder, war or military operations.
- Industrial disputes of any kind, strikes, lock-outs, stoppage, or restraint of labor.
- Traffic congestion, vehicle breakdown, obstruction of any public/private road, highway, sea, or air passage.
- Theft, robbery, lost of property, or food poisoning.
- Isolation as a result of infectious diseases or any condition likely to endanger.
- Health or safety on the tour members or impair their reasonable comfort.
Any cancellation or alteration of the tour itinerary, hotel accommodation or tour services as a result of any of the aforementioned events or as a result of any decision, act or omission of the company principal(s), their agents, and servants or any of them of the tour. All disputes if any will be subjected to the Thailand Court of Law. All items and conditions mentioned above cannot be altered or waived except in writing by the General Manager or Director of Company. |
